You can get such a visa for 30 days and even for 90 days, as needed. Moreover, you can convert it to residence visa or employment visa. However, to get such a visit visa to Dubai online, you need a local sponsor, apart from the visa fee. The local sponsor can be any resident of Dubai, such as a relative. The sponsoring amount would be refunded after you leave the country. However, while applying for such a visa you need to mention the purpose of your visit, your nationality, and the duration of your visit. Difference Between Tourist Visa And Visit Visa

• You can use a Tourist visa only for tourism and leisure purposes. However, if you have a visit visa you can use it for attending business meetings, seminars and other purposes.

• While a tourist visa lets you stay for 14 days with provision for extension, a visit visa les you stay for 90 days with no provision for extension.

• The visit visa fee is higher than the tourist visa fee.

• You can convert the visit visa to other types of visa, but you cannot do that with tourist visa. 

• While a Tourist visa is valid for only 2 months, a visit visa is valid for 6 months.
